Creating an account

Now that you have successfully launched the app on your Android/iOS device(s), you can create your RECnGO account. If you already have an existing RECnGO account, you can simply log in by entering your email and password. 

Note: If you wish to try the app first before creating an account you can also tap on “Try Without Account”.

To create a RECnGO account:

• Tap Create Account in the RECnGO app.
• An account creation page will pop-up.
• Fill out the following fields under ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Check the “I Agree to The Terms and Conditions” box
  • Check the “I Agree to The Privacy Policy” box (after reading it below under LEGAL)
  • Check the “I Agree to The End User License Agreement” box (after reading it below under LEGAL)
  • If you would like to stay up-to-date, check the “I would like to receive Newsletters from RECnGO” box 
• Tap on Create Account
• Upon successful completion, you will receive a Success notification stating “Registration was successful! Please check your emails and confirm your account.”
• Check your Inbox, and confirm your RECnGO account. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your Spam folder as well. Depending on your mail provider the confirmation email could land in either folder.
